Chinonyelum Onyema is the Founder and CEO of BlueFort Consulting Limited. With a background in employee relations, HR strategy, and business advisory, she built BlueFort on a single conviction: great advice means nothing without great execution.

She has advised organizations across Oil & Gas, FMCG, Finance, Telecoms, Healthcare, Government, Beauty, and the Startup ecosystem — delivering strategies, people systems, and documentation that performs. Her work spans Nigeria and international clients including a Maryland, USA-based security firm.
